Do Armor Effects contribute to your armory percentage? Because I have a 92% armory completion and only need the Assault/Sapper [R] chest, and I don’t see how that one chest will give me 100% completion.

It should just be called -Yoink- you can spend your credits on completion.
Anything you can purchase counts.
