Yeah, there are numerous ways they could keep coatings and add colors. I’d love to see that. I think everyone would. And chest pieces aren’t always grey. Jorge’s coating changes his chest piece specifically to match it’s Reach colors. Also, people on Reddit talked about how every chest piece has color channels. It wouldn’t be hard to have colored chest armor. They should definitely get on that in my opinion.
If it hase a color, it’s part of a kit, so that chess option you cannot select separately, kinda stupid I think…
Same as the armor bought in the store, can’t use parts of it. Typ it you will see
