Almost every time my friend signs into live, my armor set copies his and I have to reset everything for my armor. My loadouts are unaffected, however.
This happens to me as well,. I hope someone here has an answer on this small issue
This seems to happen if my friend makes changes to his loadouts. Mostly when he makes a purchase for his loadouts.

If you could please answer some questions, it would assist us in our investigation.
- Is your armor, “cloning” just one of your friend’s armor? If yes, what is their gamertag?
- If it is happening with multiple players, what are their gamertags?
- Is the armor set the exact same each time?
- If your friend changes their armor, will your armor set copy the new one?
- When this happens, does your armor set in your service record on Waypoint reflect your armor set or your friend’s armor set?
