Armor class

I was thinking about what if different armor did different things? Like maybe classes, for example; scout, recon, and other “sniper” like armor made you more accurate or allowed you to see your radar while zoomed or something to help your snipe.
An explosive class like EOD, Grenadier or any armor like that made you more efficient with explosives like grenades and rockets.
Maybe different armor helped use the saw. Maybe bigger armor made you slower but had stronger Sheilds but smaller armor made you faster but had less shields. Also, smaller armor shields recharged faster and heavier armor slower? Any thoughts? Like? Dislike?

Doesn’t sound very Halo. Well, maybe Halo 4 which is all the more reason to be against this Idea.
I think it would be cool in Halo Online, though.

I think it is a cool idea. I think it should be tested. The armors should only give a slight boost. Like EOD armor makes you resistant to sword slashes so if you get in a duel with some one you have an increased chance of winning. It would most likely work best in a new multiplayer selection so that people can still play without it if they want to.

Well EOD helps against explosive your thinking CQC or CQB

I wouldn’t mind if this effected Warzone. Just not Arena.

That’s what I meant online matchmaking would make it kind of interesting or maybe a type of slayer game type where it does it

No, no, no… Halo Online. Not Halo 5’s mp. Two completely different games.
There were armor perks in Halo 4. It did not go over very well. Halo isn’t the type of shooter where everyone is a unique snowflake. While those type of games can be pretty cool, Halo is more about distinguishing yourself through skill, not loadouts/classes/perks, etc…

No.

No, that ruins equal starts. They had that basically with Halo 4. Even in Warzone thats not a good idea.
