too many routes, too big and everywhere looks the same. its like this map tried too hard to be special and shot itself in the foot. its still playable but i’d like more maps like streets, live fire, aqiuarius and recharge but with twists.
argyle would play better if you deleted half the map and made it kinda narrow.
Argyle would be an awesome map if arena was 5v5.
with 4v4 like half arena maps it just feels meh.
i really like compressed maps thatt make you always “close” to the action and non action and your subtle map movement decide whether you succeed or not.
I think with a few maps 5x5 would be better, I’m still open minded with argyle as new map, not really had any issues with it tbh, but of course everybody can have there own thoughts 
I’ve only got to play on it a few times, but each time it has been very clear that the spawns are not great. Spawning into direct sniper line of fire three times in a row and being spawn killed immediately is not my idea of a fun time. This map could be better with a small amount of extra cover or possibly some weapon changes. Oh and of course fixing the spawns.
It’s because the sniper sightline is too fat. It extends the length of the map and there’s 2 of them. Pretty much being in the middle lane is a death sentence, so everyone either goes left or right, essentially removing a 3rd of the map from contention. Probably should just be one sniper with the spawns bottom mid, and teams have to fight for it.
I wish I got to play on Argyle more. The map rarely comes up for me.
I really enjoy playing Argyle. I like how the map plays and that fact the each team spawns with a sniper.
Should’ve called it Plaid or Houndstooth.
Argyle is not an attractive weaving pattern outside of the winter holiday season.
i cant take the map seriously. unintuitive to work as a team which means the ones who can muster up some teamwork have a big advantage. bad for matchmaking. headless chicken map. rarely get a competitive match. keep it in social where the radar might actually help people play better together.
I do like Argyle, yeah it feels a little dispersive, but I enjoy using sniper on this map. It’s the only ranked map where I enjoy using the sniper rifle.
Unfortunately Live Fire is the only other S7 sniper map in Infinite for ranked which is really disappointing for me.

The pit has such a better design for two snipers versus Argyle. The pit is split down the middle allowing you to see only the side that you’re currently controlling with the sniper rifle as well as the back center area which still has good amounts of cover. Argyle is just stare down the center lane and everything dies.
I love this response so much because that’s truly how the map plays.
