I’m looking for a team I know most people will just say arena is dead, not worth playing. If your one of those people don’t bother responding.
I am currently 50% Gold +7000 overall, 90% of my games are played in arena. My tool of destruction overall is the DMR. I use recon controller layout. It good for jet packing I’ve been told, but I only use jet pack when I intend to get rockets. More often then not I use sprint.
I am trying to assemble a team that works as a team and none of that what I like to call sucide halo inwhich your rush out and your goal is to kill 1 person and then die. I expect to devise strats.
Bad Example:
Player 1: I’m going for Shotgun.
Player 2: I’m going for Sniper.
Player 3: …
Player 4: …
Better Example:
Player 1: I’m going for Shotgun.
Player 2: I’m going for Sniper.
Player 3: I’ll laydown cover fire.
Player 4: Hold down Red.
Where as the first example everyone was just calling out weapons and that was the extent of what they planned up to. I realize you can’t predict what your enemy will do every time but in the second example a player told everyone to set up at red. It went from lone wolfing to to acting as a team.
I’d emphasize working as a team that doesn’t mean you can’t go by yourself and flank the enemy because that is indeed acting as a team member your working in unison with your allies to achieve that flank otherwise its just considered trying to rush them and hope their backs are turned.
Team shot will be emphasized as well, meaning you callout the name of the target and everyone focuses.
With any decent team you must have a designated sniper for most maps have a sniper rifle. That’s not saying only one person should know how to use the sniper but there should be an ace on the team.
