I just got done playing a Team Arena match set in Slayer. My team had four people, other team had four. Match began, my team had three, other had four. Apparently, my teammates didn’t like 3 vs 4 so they abandoned ship leaving me against four. Not even close to fair.

Yeah, stuff like this happens all the time. I understand that. But when it affects my rank in arena, its a different story. Banning other players for quiting doesn’t help my rank. Could we at least get a minor shield boost in arena when this happens. I’m not talking about a complete overshield, but just something to give us a chance in a 1 vs 4 scenario.

There’s a point where you have to walk away from something like that, and not allow the idea of quit bans or rank hits to interfere with your own sense of what’s right and what’s wrong. And it would not have been wrong for you to quit that match. Other than that, joining a spartan company so you don’t have to go into arena solo… that’s the only real fix for the problem that I know of.
