i’m a huge supporter of the NR in reach as it is the more skilled and proficient weapon. bloom works the way it’s supposed to, it does not affect health, and performs consistently over the course of a game.
removing the NR loadout in arena disappointed me as i and the few others who prefer this weapon have to make a small break in setup to obtain it - and with scarce ammo around the map it becomes more of a chore picking up this weapon then it is using it for a brief time. the moments spent picking it up i could be making the crucial kill saving my teamates life.
I propose for season 9 of the arena the ‘Warden’ loadout be brought back :
Needle Rifle
Assault Rifle
1 Frag Grenade
Sprint AA
in the right hands the NR can mess anybodies day up. if 343 could re introduce this loadout into arena my day would be made.
You would need to add another class for Hologram to keep things balanced. Two for the DMR (Sprint, Hologram), Two for the NR (Sprint, Hologram).
Otherwise, i have no problem with this suggestion though i find the DMR more useful unless it’s team klassic, where the NR is godly.
agreed, i use Hologram a bit less than sprint, and bumper jumper doesnt allow me to use jetpack.
NR is more powerful in TC as the damage has been buffed. the only thing keeping the NR from more use in the competitive playlists is that the spammability of the DMR is atrociously overpowered
Please 343 we have had 6 months of the same arena please add doubles arena or FFA arena again, what do you guys think.
MLG Arena is all arena should be. It should have been this way from the very beginning.

And please - get rid of jetpacks. They just ruin all the gameplay.
I would hope that we hear something soon. I am anxious for any and all Playlist updates but the Arena season is almost up , so you’d think they’d say something.
