I purchased the arena req pack bundle 4 weeks ago and since the purchase I have only received a total of 4 packs. 2 were received upon purchase and 2 at a couple weeks later. Was out of country for a couple weeks when I returned I only had 2 packs to open.

Your Arena REQs should be available in your Unopened Packs now. I noticed myself today that I didn’t have them, but they have shown up just a short while ago. I’ve got 4 packs currently stacked as I haven’t opened last weeks yet
