So I know its been a good few months since the initial release of the Arena REQ bundle but here’s my issue.
I purchased the bundle on February 21st and was receiving my REQs normally, 2 packs every Tuesday I believe. This continued for about 3 weeks (about 8 packs total, including the initial 2)
Then following the release of “The Division” on March 8th, my attention had turned to playing that. Leaving my account inactive for about 2 weeks on “Halo 5”. I was under the impression that when I logged back in, which was around the 29th of March, that all my REQ packs would be there. This however was not the case as to where I only had 2 REQ packs available, my last 2 REQ packs. Unfortunately after some research I came to the conclusion that I had simply lost those other 4 to 6 REQ packs for not logging in to “Halo 5”.
Then I stumbled across some information in a forum post response in regards to a similar issue here:

Where your forum team stated that:
“As a note, these inactive weeks do not subtract from your Arena REQ Bundle. You will still receive all 14 of your Arena REQ Packs :)”
If this is true, then I’ve only received about 10 of my 14 packs. And that the weeks I’ve missed should have continued to be deposited into my account.
Summary:
I’m missing about 4 to 6 Arena REQ packs for weeks that I was inactive on “Halo 5”.
