Seems like halo 5 is just a jumbled mess. First it’s the servers and now I don’t get the arena pack that I paid for. Got the warzone one but not the arena one. 343 should look up 2 words in the dictionary. 1. Consistency
2. Reliability
That should help them make a far better game than what they have made so far. I’m tired of getting screwed. I also bought a gold pack with actual money about a week ago and I got what would normally be in a promotion pack with no permanent unlocks or req points so I brought it to 343s attention and they did nothing. They literally stole from me. This company is nothing but liars and thieves.
Update 1: to the guy who said wait a few hours well it’s 10 hours after you posted that comment and still nothing.
To the guy who said check to see if I should still be receiving them and I didn’t already get them I’ve only gotten 6 out of 14 packs so ya.
To the rest who say I don’t know how the req system works you clearly are incomprehensive in the English language. 1 gold packs gives you either 2 permanents or req point refund and I got neither so quit being incompetent.
You got a gold pack and got what was supposed to be in a promotional pack? I don’t get it? You realize that gold packs contain the same stuff that is in most of the promotional packs right? As far as the arena req bundle if you call Xbox support and say you didn’t get your packs they might give a refund… might… I didn’t have any trouble with the warzone bundle or arena bundle, I got each set of packs weekly.
Are you sure you didn’t get the Arena req bundle? How much of them did you already get, because there is a limit.
As for the gold pack, welcome to RNG. It’s totally random. I would suggest starting with bronze packs, then silver and finally gold. That’s the way I did it and now I’m only getting Ultra rare’s and legendary items.
I find that there is always something to complain about, but also find that it is pointless. Req packs are random, always have been, always will be. I get them through playing, and pay actual money for them, yet still do not have the halo 2 battle rifle or halo 1 magnum. I’ll get it when I get it. Doesn’t make the game any less fun, just aggravating at times. Play more, get more packs, and just enjoy it.

When I get no permanents from a pack that I should have gotten permanents from then yes I will complain that my money was stolen because I didn’t recieve what I paid for

I’ve gotten 6 outhe of 14 and I got 0 permanents and no req points. Please read the full post before commenting

To me this seems alittle fishy…I haven’t had a gold pack not give me a permanent unlock. Sure be nice to get a video or something of him opening his gold back. If you only bought 1 then your what out about 2.99??? OO gosh the bank has been robbed!!! As far as the arena bundle goes well im sure 343 has someway of knowing what you have gotten and what you haven’t yet ried asking in the support section?

My xbox won’t allow me to take recordings or screen shots and I can’t figure out how to turn it on otherwise I would have one and it pisses me off that I don’t. And no it was the $30 pack

And ummm since when isn’t an Xbox coming stock where you can’t take screen shots! Call BS on that…its a simple 2 buttons isn’t it??
