On Friday, March 18th, I bought the Halo 5: ARENA REQ Pack since there was a discount. I bought it on amazon and redeemed. I got on Halo 5 to check if it was there and it wasn’t in my req pack to open. My friends also bought a few moments later and theirs worked fine. I though my would just be delayed for some reason, so I kept playing. It was getting late, so I contacted Xbox live support on twitter to see why I haven’t received my req packs and they directed me to go to the Xbox live support Chat on there support site. I decided to wait till tomorrow and give it one more time, but before hand I uninstalled the arena req pack, re downloaded it, but not luck. I did a hard reset on the xbox and no luck. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game as last measure, we all know how a drag that can be even with decent download speed. I didn’t get it the next day, so I proceeded to get help from there support chat.
The person helping me out in the support chat, checked my account, checked my code to redeemed it and they said everything was all fine and it could just be delayed. So i decide to wait. I went on till the next, Sunday, saw the Halo 5 world championship and got the Halo WC req pack. I even had problems with that being installed but i got help and it finally got download. I Tried doing the same thing to my arena pack but no luck.
Now about 5 days later, my friends have already got there second pack from the arena and I haven’t received anything. Please help.
