Arena req pack stopped working

I bought the arena premium req packs 2 days ago I got 4 of the packs then it stopped giving them. Is that supposed to happen?

No. You get two every week for seven weeks. Every Monday, you get two packs. However, since you bought the bundle on a Sunday, you got the first two immediately, then the next day was Monday so that was your packs for week 2. Your week 3 packs will come again on Monday.
