I was just opening an Arena Req Pack when it stopped and said it could not open it at this time…and went to the red screen.
When I went back to “open packs”…it was still there, but said already opened. I kept trying to open it…but same thing…would go error screen saying already open…after a few attempts it just disappeared. I never saw anything drop or be displayed. I feel I lost an Arena Pack.

The items were added to your req inventory. You can check your inventory on WP or in-game.
I know how to check my inventory…but how can you tell that the pack opened and I got my items? How do you know I got my items?
Is there a way to check by date or packs opened…cause I only know about my general inventory…and there’s no way I can tell…All I know is it malfunctioned and I never saw my stuff.
Happened again…same symptoms…but with a daily win req pack. Anyone else experience the same? Did you get your stuff?
Don’t feel confident spending money on req packs if this is what happens.

Hey OP, what happens on these situation is that you skip the opening animation of the REQ pack but the items do still get added to your REQ inventory. You can hard reset your console or check your inventory here on Waypoint. Unfortunately the only way to know what items are new is to keep track of what you had previously, there isn’t any indicators for new items which would be nice to have
