Today I tried to open an Arena Req pack and it gave me an error saying it couldn’t be open at that time, try again later. I backed out to the main menu to try it again and I got another error that said it was already opened. I checked Customizations to see if anything new went through and nothing. Can somebody tell me whats up? Halo support are you their?

Please play a few games of Halo 5, then quit and restart the game. Eventually the contents of your Arena REQ pack will be added to your collection without any notice.
