Hey Forum team,
I purchased the Arena Req pack bundle back in March and haven’t been able to log on for some time. I just logged back in after 3 weeks to find that I only have 2 packs instead of 6. This has happened on one other occasion as well. I just brought this up with Microsoft support and they directed me to here saying that you guys would be able to help me. Just looking to get the packs I paid for.

So this happened with warzone packs too the game won’t allow you to get more weekly packs until the past weekly one are used I have no idea if that means you’ll have to wait another week for the 2 weeks you missed or they will show up after a while once you’ve opened the two you have now though

Packs are only given during weeks that a player has signed into Halo 5. If you didn’t sign in any of those weeks, they won’t be granted to you. As a note, these inactive weeks do not subtract from your Arena REQ Bundle. You will still receive all 14 of your Arena REQ Packs 
i went to go open my weekly packs when i opened one and the other one had told me i had already opened it and dispersed and i don’t have anything in its place i looked and only from the first one please help me.
after a week i login to halo 5 and i see i got my 2 arena req packs there i try to open them but it said error and the packs just disappeared i want another week of arena req bundle for this mess up please help me forum team

Unfortunately, I have the same problem as PLASMA SHARKS.
I got my REQ Bundle together with the Limited Edition of the game and started getting the REQ packs without problems. However, after I also made a break of playing Halo 5 for a couple of weeks, I didn’t receive the missing packs. Since then I start the game regularly every week but I didn’t receive the missing packs.
It would be really great if the Forum Team could help me here

How long does it usually take to receive the first week of packs I bought them on a Friday and it’s the following Tuesday and nothing. I’ve logged in every day since

You get your first 2 packs immediately after redeeming the code or making the purchase. If you have already bought a bundle previously though, you won’t get a second round of packs. You can only have one bundle per account
So is there any way to get a refund due to the fact that I had no idea about only being able to purchase this once. It will really really suck if I lost $25

If you bought a second code from a 3rd party (like Gamestop), which is likely since Xbox Store doesn’t let you buy a second code, then that 3rd party retailer will be where you need to go to ask about a refund.

Is here maybe also someone who can help me with my problem?
I didn’t purchase the package twice - I just got it once together with the Limited Edition.
However, I still didn’t receive all REQ packages…
Consty Acid - you should start a new topic for your issue. Going to close this one off as the OP’s original issue has been resolved and this topic is a few months old
