I just accidentally purchased the Arena REQ bundle and I thought I canceled the transaction but it looks like it went through and my card was charged but then it is not showing that I have any req packs? I know you don’t get them all at once but when I got my warzone pack when the game came out I immediately got 2 packs to open. Help please?
If you have already purchased an Arena Bundle in the past then you won’t get any more packs from this bundle as you can only redeem one per gamertag. If it was an accidental purchase you can contact XBox Live support and see if they will offer you a refund
