Can’t find a topic on this.
I only received req packs for 4 weeks not 7 as was supposed to be.
Have no problem getting req packs, just not receiving the ones I paid for.
Not sure who to contact so I am posting here.
Will only be able to post one more time today (thanks 343).
An answer from 343 would be nice as opposed to a bunch of comments that have no bearing on the topic.
I had a similar issue I only got 2 packs of the 14. I contacted Xbox live support and they had me clear the mac address and reload my profile but still no luck. They suggested I contact 343 directly.
Im missing a few packs too. I havent been in halo in about a month & I didn’t get my last few packs. 343 rip off I guess.
