Check your unopened packs here on Waypoint in case they are there. If you go to your Halo 5 service record and then select requisitions there is a section for unopened packs. You can also try hard resetting your console

i did what you said still nothing just to double check i called the credit card ppl and they said i have only 7 cents left they also said that i spent it on arena req bundle but i really need to get my moneys worth please 343i get me my packs!!!

Best thing to do is what I did, be sure to hard rest multiple times I did twice then under blue ray options there’s more steps to take with Xbox support, if still not working there support team helped me with getting them and they showed up on the next restart! Hope helps!
