I purchased the Arena Req Bundle, am I supposed to be getting any upgraded weapons and or armor?

You should get 2 permanent unlocks per pack which are random. They could be helmets, armor, visors, or emblems. I don’t think the arena packs provide weapons because those are used in Warzone.
