Arena REQ Bundle "You already Own this product"

Hey there, I bought an Xbox One for the first time the other week and picked up the Halo 5 Digital Deluxe edition which contained the Warzone REQ bundle, today I went to buy the Arena bundle so I could get the Mark V helmet and other items as time went on. However when I bought a code from GAME online and came home to redeem it simply said that I already owned the product and should gift it to a friend. I’ve never bought the Arena bundle before and have seen online that people can have the Warzone and Arena bundle at the same time so I don’t know where the issue is, GAME told me to check my storage to make sure it wasn’t installed and all I had was the Warzone bundle which they said I should ask for support elsewhere. So I’m here to ask what I can do to get the bundle as I’ve spent £20 on the code and I am unable to redeem it.

You can have both the Arena and Warzone req bundles active at the same time. but If you purchased either of them before in a bundle with the game or separate and get a new one to use again, it will not go thru. it’s like buying a game online and trying to buy it all over again. it will say it is installed already. I don’t know how but I got the warzone req pack to work again even after it said Already purchased cause I got it with the limited edition after I bought it in the xbox store first. weird thing is that it activated months later. like a month or two.
