I gave some thought into buying it since I have my silver packs finished and I’m still digging through ultra rares. Only getting ultra rares and sometimes legendaries is cool, but not when you’re chasing a specific few things. Of course I probably won’t get what I’m chasing from the arena packs, even though it’s possible, but I still got a lot to go and it seems like a good way to lessen the grind.
A few friends have said it’s not worth it but I want to hear from more of the community. Were you guys happy with buying it?
I haven’t bought it but I know 2 ppl who did and wish they had their money back.
I don’t think its worth it, unless you have unlocked every req that can be unlocked through silver packs.

Like I said I’ve finished silver packs. I have only ultra rares-legendaries left to unlock.

I would like to get gold standard skins and an Achilles helmet variant but I haven’t found an armor with the skin pattern to my liking. Another guy posted you can buy it and hang on to it until you cleared out most of your ultras then open it to get a better chance of what you want but I have no idea if that would work. good luck

Achilles can only be earned by company commendation completions, it’s not possible to get it from a req pack. Anyways that sounds like a good idea, lol thanks

I was told that the Achilles kit would be available with a variant skin at a later date like Helioskrill was. All special kit would have a variant at a later date.

Nobody knows for sure whether or not that’s gonna happen with Achilles. All speculation

Hmmm. I’m pretty sure our company will get the Achilles armor but the helmet is another thing. I was bummed when the Helioskrill variant came out since I earned the original but it seems that is the way 343 is going. We’ll see.
I have finished my bronze and silver’s. Then I got the warzone and arena bundle… I like the arena bundle because I play a lot of arena and I like all the arena boost that come with them along with the unlocks. I have gotten some good visors and two of my gold standard skins.

Nice. I got the gold standard for my AR today. I actually don’t like it as much as I thought I would. I really want the boomco AR skin, or that other red one I forget the name of.
