I’m planning to buy a req pack, so I’m choosing between these two. If I get the arena bundle, I have a high chance of getting a classic helmet anyway, but I’d just like to know which one I should get…

None of those are necessary if you have the patience to go through all the silver packs.
But if I had to choose I would say Arena Bundle, you might get some cool armors to go with your helmet.
You can’t get the classic helmets in regular packs. If you want them, your only option is to buy the specific pack for them.

I don’t have any real patience, and I never know when halo 6 is going to rear it’s head, so I’m planning to deck out my spartan in the best armour possible. I’m planning to wear decimator anyway.

Go through the silver packs… You’ll get everything over time.

From what we know, the pack is going to be up for a bit, and then taken down, to possibly be coming out again at a later time. From what we are aware, there are no plans to put them in regular REQ packs.
Also, Halo 6 is coming out in 2018, most likely, since I’m sure they’re sticking to their 3 year development cycle.

Fotus was never exclusive? Do you mean Helioskrill?
As of right now these can only be gotten through the new pack, not sure when or if they will make them accessible in normal silver and gold packs. I have everything unlocked and tried buying both a silver and gold pack and got nothing so I went ahead and just bought the helmet pack. Not sure I would say it is worth it, but I had nothing else to spend my REQ’s on so why not.

Fotus chillrose was the one I think I was talking about. It was a pre-order bonus.

Pre order bonuses were not exclusive to my knowledge, it was one of the first legendary armors I got.
