Hi looking for any 343 support on this. I purchased the arena req pack (24.99). As soon as I did so, I began getting a retrieving data message anytime I tried to do anything associated with the req system (both in game and when trying to purchase reqs). Before we even start down the trouble shooting route, I have run the gambit. I hard reset, cleared system cache, reset game, uninstalled game, factory reset system, cleared my Mac, Changed routers and reset them. The only thing that resolves the issue is when I uninstall the arena req bundle. I have called Microsoft and they sent me here. (They won’t refund me)

Edit: forgot to mention I have not received any of the arena req packs that come with the bundle (I know 2 a week)
