This is my second time I lose my rankings in all arenas I haven’t played the game for 4 days and last time everything was going smoothly , I wanna know why my ranks keep resting !!! This is getting annoying I have not quitted any match.

Arena Ranks get reset every month. You should have a April 2016 REQ pack to open if you were ranked.

There are issues with Xbox Live Core Services right now, it’s being tracked in this topic
