Since the last update, my arena ranks aren’t displaying properly. I have been playing swat and multi.team but at the end of the match the rank is still all blank, I need some help pls!
The same for me!!! Please, someone can tell me what is the issue? Before the update everything was fine for me!
Same here! In the post game reports it shows my rank, but in the searching screen and on the overall page it says 0/10 placement matches. Also shows placement matches for multi team. Happened with the update.

I’ve finally figured out what’s seem to be the problem, try changing your location and language to United States English and there’ll be no problem with ranks or any other bug. As far as I can see if you want the updates to work perfectly it’ll works on the american settings, for any other country could be problems like this.
Please! I thought with Memories of Reach this will be solved but still there! When I get into Arena mode all my ranks are empty… BUT when I finish the match I can see I am gold. THIS ONLY HAPPEN in the arena matchmaking view. This is just ridiculous! And no answer from anyone!!! I am from Spain. Please, some help here.
