Some people may disagree but,
I feel like the ranking system is unfair because I usually get de-ranked or a -1 (in Breakout) when someone leaves the game (which makes it a 3v4) and we end up losing because of it. This is the only part of the ranking system I disagree with. I think 343 should make an adjustment to when the player abandons his teammates (leaves the game) he should be given a -1 or de-ranked and the remaining 3 players on that team should NOT get a +1 or a -1 ( they stay neutral) . Its just happened to me so many times where I am now frustrated. Breakout is one of my favorite game-types and I can’t just leave it haha.

If 1 quitter exempted the rest of the team from a loss penalty towards their rank, think about how it would be exploited. A stacked team of 4 guys plays 20 games - wins 10 loses 10. On the 10 they lose, each of them takes turns quitting out so that the rest aren’t penalized. Then instead of 4 guys getting 10 loss penalties, each of them gets 2-3 and they avoid quit bans by taking turns.

I agree it would be nice to not suffer when teammates quit, but whatever the solution is has to be carefully considered.

Yeah you are right, I just wish there was a solution.
