So right now, the Arena Premium REQ packs are on sale… I know that the Arena Premium Packs are entirely focused on permanent REQs, but does anyone know whether or not they unlock usable permanent upgrades like the “Halo 2 BR”, “DMR”, or “Nornfang Certification” or if they are simply just purely cosmetic upgrades like helmets, armor, stances, and skins.
Whether or not Arena Premium Packs are able to unlock usable permanents would be valuable knowledge to me. Thanks much for any responses!

Additionally, are Gold Packs still the only way to unlock both the “Halo 2 BR” and also other such usable permanent REQs of the Legendary or Mythic tier? Thanks again!

Gold packs or the Warzone Premium packs.
The Req tab here on Waypoint still shows 24.99USD. Is there a sale I don’t know about?
