The Arena is supposed to be the highest competitive level of halo because it groups you with player that are your skill and also give you the chance to show your buddies that you kick butt.
Then why does the playlist mostly use forge maps!?
There are 2 dlc map packs that Bungie and 343 charged us 800 points for.
and what about the maps that were shipped with the game?
Am I the only one who finds this frustrating?

DLC requirements would likely lower the population further.
