What kind of reqs will I get out of the warzone and arena req packs? Which one would be better for unlocking customization items?

Arena REQ Bundle. Warzone one can get you anything, while Arena ONLY gives you customization items, like:
Armors
Helmets
Weapon Skins
Emblems
