I’m unable to play an Arena games. Every Arena playlist I go on has an error saying ‘unable to find any players for this rank - please try another playlist’. This is strange because even the playlists what I haven’t been ranked in yet are still giving me this message. What is also weird is that if I go onto another Xbox profile (with the same ranking as mine), I don’t have this issue at all. This started out 2 months ago and it only wouldn’t let me play on SWAT, now it is every Arena game.
I have tried numerous troubleshooting methods such as:
Full restart on Xbox - Checking network connection and NAT Type - Clearing the MAC address and restarting the Xbox - Trying other playlists - Checked to see if I have been banned from any playlists - nope - Playing a different online games - I’ve tried Battlefield Hardline and this went through the matchmaking system fineIs anyone else having this problem? Or does anyone know how to fix it.
From what I have heard a lot of people are having problems with halo today, I’m not one of those people so can’t really say much, but the xbox severs themselves have been playing up today on some xbox’s this may be the answer to your problem

I thought with this recent update it would’ve fixed it but… nope.

Same thing here: in peak hours I can find players but very slowly and with some occasional failure. Off peak hours is almost impossible find games at all…
