ok I don’t understand I’ve won 22-29 games and I’m not onyx, I’m freaking Gold, it’s a disgrace, I don’t want to play Golds they’re absolutely horrid at this game. I play with all onyx people and we go into a game and thrash people it’s not fun. Especially when the other team is mostly all top 20-30% onyx with an occasional gold in the mix. I just want a fair game, but putting me in the gold division just isn’t fair for other players. My Kill death is almost 2.5 this season and you’re telling me that’s competitive? And yes I’ve lost to golds this season but mainly due to bad teammates and rage quitters. I was 30% onyx last season.

Unfortunately the incredibly small pool of players the frequent the Arena playlist is most likely going to prevent you from having consistently closely skilled matches.
Maybe give MLG a try or even ranked Halo 3 might offer matches more to your liking.

I don’t really like MLG for this game though, they changed it too much. I enjoyed H3 MLG alot! I was a big MLG player in Reach the first and second season of Gamebattles but it just doesn’t have the feel for Halo if you know what I mean.
As another poster stated, with the relatively small pool of players in Arena you will never be consistently matched up with people of your equal skill. TrueSkill works by determining which team should win based off of their cumulative Skill levels. If the system thinks you should win, your gain from winning will be smaller than if the system believed you should lose.
Cool, you have a 75% W/L, but how many of those games were played where the system thought you should win versus how many it thought you should lose?

you will be onyx after you play more games. play another 50 and you will be ranked onyx

u re right, since they applied changements to reach MLG I haven’t played it anymore -.-
22/29 is not Onyx yet. You need to play more games. (and that win% isn’t that great).
K/D doesn’t matter. Just Win % and WHO you beat. You need to beat some Onyx teams.
