Does anyone remember in the beta how the intro’s and more specifically the outro’s had the spartans that won being all happy. Like how they would highfive each other and cheer. It made sense but now they just kinda stand there and show no emotion. I’d love to see the them bring back the beta outro’s or even incorporate our stances into our victories. Anyone else agree?
Incorporating stances or last weapon equipped would be a step in the right direction.
Anything that shows off your customization and maybe most used weapon would be greatly appreciated.
I think people were annoyed that these highly trained super soldiers were “bro-ing” out. They stand there and show no emotion because they have their -Yoink- together.
I like the the idea of the stances being integrated into the intros and outros.

I could see Spartan II just standing there… but these Spartan IV would totally bro it out.
Anyways I think social playlist should have a playful exit but maybe keep it serious for ranked?

Yeah I saw a guy holding a rocket turret with one hand at the end of btb was the funniest thing I have ever seen
People complained and now they are gone.
Reminded them of the jocks that stole their girl in highschool or something, who knows.

That even applies in Warzone outros.
Bro’ing it out was stupid.
The victory pose we got in the BETA looked like something from Destiny. Yes the IVs are a lot more relaxed in terms of emotion strictness, but that does not mean that they would go around doing come at me bro hand gestures. They might grab each others gauntlets as a sign of respect but that would be pretty much it.
I do agree that what we have at the moment is rather bland and that a little more movement in the animations would be nice as well.
I’d almost rather them just shake hands with each other at the end of the game, as opposed to just having the games just end with the other team nowhere to be found. Like jayman567 suggested, just have them do the “spartan handshake” (grab at forearm instead of hand) and then go to the menu. It at least makes it seem like they don’t view each other as just winners and losers. I’d like to have that in Halo, because the Spartans respect each other, but they aren’t “bros”.
Come on guys have a little fun. The beta outros were great, and I’d say we need a little more “broing out.” The two best players on the winning team could do a super secret spartan handshake. Maybe the winners make a spartan pyramid. The sky’s the limit guys!
The cheering at the end was very dumb, far too childish in my opinion. I am glad that they did not put that in the final version. In Warzone and Arena you finish with the weapon you had in your hand at the end of the game.
A bunch of beta sourpusses complained that it didn’t belong in Halo so they removed it.
Yeah I’d love to see a change, some good ideas in this thread.
I’d like some new intros and outros instead of LET’S STAND THERE CALMLY AS IF WE HAD NO BATTLE
A cool idea is gametype specific intros and outros
CTF outro would probably the team that wins swinging their flag around in glory, losing team has a ripped up flag or some crap like that
i kinda dislike the current outro’s, they’re extremely boring to watch - a game like HALO can do better than this imo
like some mentioned already, either include the stance, or the weapon you’ve done best with, or ANYTHING for that matter - some kind of randomized animation would certainly be more than welcome by most of the community
but then again, there are far more important things this game needs, so yeah
I liked the old ones A LOT more than what we have now, and I would really like to see stances be implemented into them somehow. Plus, just what the hell IS “bro-ing out” exactly? I see that term getting thrown around a lot in every medium that I’m in, and I personally think that it’s one of the dumbest terms that has ever been made popular.
Spartans and military personnel alike, grow to become like family with one another; brothers in arms if you will. I expect the much more social Spartan IVs to celebrate after a successful battle, and it to me, fit quite well. Now we have these static animations that would be much more appropriate for Spartan IIs. At LEAST give us the option to customize and tailor the animations to our liking.
