I love all the things from that blog post. Especially this part: "
EVERY ARENA MATCH STARTS FROM THE BEGINNING". It´s so annoying when you launch into multiplayer and your first match has always already started. I think the ranking system will benefit from this change.

It’s sad too see how you described this as a positive change and that we should be happy they will now force games to start from the beginning. While I agree with you, it isn’t really the point. The point is, how the hell did 343 reason when they thought “hey, let’s take one of the greatest competitive shooters in history and make everyone join games in progress. that way we can lower the competitiveness of the game and also do our best to destroy the legacy of this game series.” Join in progress was a bad idea for Halo and we shouldnt feel thankful that 343 brings it back to how it always was before.
Now that’s out of the way. Phew! I love that we don’t have to join in progress anymore and I love basically every decision 343 has made for Halo 5!
