I thought I remember 343 saying something about individual skills being implemented into Arena at the start of 2k16.Tired of losing swat games due to teammates going 3-15 4-17 etc and my rank keeps going down/staying the same.
It is a team game. Nobody cares about the best player on the losing team. Only the winners get a trophy. Individual skill ranks in team games lead to people doing well at the expense of the team. Keep it out of arena, except for FFA
