So 03/08/17 I played team arena on halo 5 guardians. I was not ranked yet but I did play 3 games EXTREMELY WELL.
I was lagging a little so I decided to come back the next day and continue on to hopefully rank high on team arena. But tomorrow (today) I logged on to see my games were deleted as if it never happened. I do not understand this i am extremely mad, and this is not the first time this has happend to me. I don’t understand what the problem is. ALSO this exact same thing happened to my brother as he ranked in onyx yesterday, but he came back and noticed he has played 0 games? Not sure what the problem is. But I am not happy right now, and I want answers. Thanks

I have the same problem.
Yesterday I played 10 games to get my rank.
And today I found that it showed that I’ve playerd 0 games in ranked matches.
Don’t know why.
