Hi,
I always have an error message when trying to play some Halo 5 game modes online like Arena-Elimination for instance, I can’t play some online modes like this one since at least 5 months I think, this is really anoying, please help !
Other modes like Warzones ones work fine.

Btw the error message says not enough players or something like that.

What is “Arena - Elimination”? Is this some kind of hidden playlist? What is this?

It’s probably slayer, just translated from a different language so it isn’t quite the same name.
Try changing your matchmaking settings to expanded.
Hi all, no it’s Arena Breakout but yeah translated from another language sorry 
So this mode doesn’t work for me, only shows error msg not enough players.
UnheardCARNAGE how can I change matchmaking settings ? I have search for this option in arena modes but never found it.
But for information it is settled to default one, never changed it.
Matchmaking settings are above every playlist, just scroll to the top of the list.

I think you’re wrong Funkyfresh I actually really love this game mode, and I know others, even if I can’t talk for everyone yeah, it may appear useless seeing it’s really fast and with no textures but still some likes it

Breakout is pretty entertaining, I prefer it over swat and slayer

No, it’s both an opinion and a well-agreed fact. Breakout definitely is not as popular as it was around launch time. Why did they made an entire new game mode, wasting all of those resources, when they could’ve just made it called 1 flag elimination slayer, and just add it into team arena? I like the maps, still, it doesn’t make sense to make it this whole new gamemode when it was available in previous games…

Exactly, such a boring game mode. I don’t know why 343i thought we liked it, when clearly it is nothing more than slayer with sad graphics.
And not enough players? Too bad for Halo5 having highest population since halo 3…

I think 343 wanted us to like Breakout in the beginning because it obvious these maps in breakout are low quality compared to the real maps in Halo; and probably easy for 343 to produce imo (hypnotizing the community into liking something they actually don’t like). Breakout replaces graphical environments with lesser quality grids imo. Other than it being Slayer Elimination, I don’t know what others find so fascinating about Breakout. OOPs! never mind it was a hoax, those were imaginary (not many is finding it fascinating) because there actually not enough players playing that game mode, remember?
I think Breakout is the game fully designed to train you, without the best graphics and long game time. I had been designed to train you to quick kills and close combat to gain skill rapidly and confront other players in great numbers seeing as short the game mode is.
What do you think guys ?

It might be the time you play…maybe your region doesn’t play that game type as much…that’d be my wild guess. Or try different search settings.

Yes I tried that too, I tested every search mode yesterday but none is working with Breakout

It could just be that there aren’t a lot of people playing breakout when you are playing. We don’t have a population counter to tell, but the last couple times I played breakout I had longer than normal search times.
