Did you play and win before that, the req system lately is so slow, maybe it added after that game. If you did get it, never heard this happening before.
I had something similar happen yesterday, I suppose. I think the servers were slow or something though. My team won the first game I played last night and when I get the CR it showed that I got a daily win pack. When I checked it wasn’t there. We lost the next game, the CR showed I didn’t win any packs but the pack from the previous match was there. I played SWAT next and my team won and I ranked up. No packs after that match and then they showed after the following match.

The Req system has always been a thorn in the side of 343i. It really has never ran very smooth. Because of how slow it runs I would almost bet that’s from another day and it finally caught up with you. But if not you got a freebee… Enjoy it! Personally I think the Req system needs an overhaul to make it function properly. There just always seems like something is acting up with it…
