Hard resetting, specifically. If your xbox is set to “Always-On” and you power down your Xbox by using the controller or tapping the button on the front, it’s not the same as a hard reset, which is what this guy is referencing.

Its the servers not bad internet.
This has happened to me as well… its not my internet.
