I purchased the Arena Req Pack on Monday March 7th.
For the last 3 weeks (may have been 4) I have not received any Arena Req packs like I normally would. I thought I would look into it today and just check because I felt like it was way to short of a time to have gotten them all and I have the confirmation email showing I purchased Monday, march 7th. I counted out the weeks and this week should have been the last week of getting Arena Req packs.
I also feel like this happened the last time I bought the Arena Req pack (felt like it was shorter than it was supposed to be)
Should I contact Xbox Live support or is this handled through you guys? Can you guys look and see how many of the Arena Req packs I have gotten from the last time I purchased it as well? I feel both times I did not get all the packs.
