are YOU tired of being "farmed"? simple solution

reading through the forums everyday i see numerous complaints on ppl being farmed. asking why 343 does nothing. then they will continue to play another game just to come back and complain they got farmed again.
insanity- doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result.

if you players of the halo community are truly tired of being farmed the easiest and fastest way to get change from 343, if thats what you really want, is just stop playing warzone. go on strike, say no more warzone. doing this you will lower the warzone population, in which 343 will start to lose money due to x amount of players not buying, spending, whatever for REQs. do it long enough 343 will look notice their income is short, which then they will look at statistics see warzone population dropped dramatically and then they will see why. which if they want to boost income backup they will be forced to find a solution. while leaving all of the companies you all complain about to play against each other in which they will actually be competing agianst players that can give them a good and fair challenge. make them earn those kills.

in short though this is something everyone who is unhappy with warzone right now should try. there are other game modes you can play, which if you are getting farmed already shouldnt have an issue playing a more competitive game anyways.

any input would be appreciated, just trying to help out.

idc about warzone really, but do care about the community, im a 95% arena player

Or just simply leave matches. Farmers got nothing to grow when no crops are available.

but leaving matches does not get anything towards 343…an you only hurt your self with getting banned for quitting.

That would be one solution or the other is to have people on the side being farmed quit en masse (altogether) so yes the other team wins, but they get little interns of kills.

or join a company, hard to farm when the soil is full of rocks.

still missing the point how does that affect 343 profit? and leaving only hurts yourself with getting banned

Very much so wish it was this simple. The ban hammer is real. Have you seen folks on here saying they’re getting banned for 3 days!

You can leave every once in a while and not get banned / not serious bans. The ban hammer only comes into effect seriously if you leave 4-5 games in a row. Which in this case you are really unlucky to have 5 straight games of farming.

sit back at base and relax maybe bring out a sniper rifle and relax for 5 minutes its been a long day

Farmers are in there
Making warzone unfair
Standing in the core room
Exacting their oppression
Teaching us a lesson

so far almost everyone who has responded has almost missed the entire point. this isnt ways to sit back and not care. it was a way to truly get 343 attnetion if you really are that tired of being “farmed”
quitting does nothing but hurt yourself
sitting back in the home base doing nothing only hurts your team and your self

none of those ideas get 343 attention

Nah, people need to get over it. Seriously, if it bothers them, get a team, if they still get farmed, get a better team. You can’t really stop kill farming in a game unless you remove the ability to kill. Notice how game patch stuff when it comes to farming for in game currency? That’s fixable cuz they can mess with how currency is earned, kill farming is much different cuz you can’t stop a guy from trapping people and killing them. I 100% agree it’s frustrating, but I think people are taking the farming thing to far now and confuse it between getting their -Yoinks!- handed to them and someone purposely ignoring the objective to stat pad. All that can be done is minimize the occurrence, but you can’t stop it.

You know 343s attention has already been grabbed on the matter. Wanna know their response? Cuz they’re not fixing it. Also, what gives you the impression that warzone makes money now? They’ve stopped openly sharing how much money is being made off of reqs since HWC ended a while ago (far as I know).

  • Play Arena only - Join a company - 343 fixes the issue - Get good

Or just scroll through the REQ menu for as long as you can. You can stay in the menu for like a minute and really suck the fun out of it for the farmers.

Sure, I know you get dinged, but I assume that farming happens in a minority of games—I’ve only experienced it once. 343i will not listen if the farmers are using a lot of REQ that could be through purchase.

I just don’t see a community not playing Warzone at all. Maybe a multi-prong approach?

Lol I admit, I’m not at all familiar with Spongebob.

I am Maxie, the one man Spartan Company.
You can’t farm when the soil is full of your teammates bodies and spent casings.
