When I turned on the game today I had to download a 30MB update. No big deal, right? Well, I’m missing a couple spartan points. Which at my level is no big deal, but on top of that, my Loadouts were also erased. To add to this, none of my kills or deaths, medals, ect… are being recorded. What’s the deal here?
Im past 50 so not points lost, but my loadouts, while not renamed, were reset to default, which kinda -Yoinked!- me in game until I relised it.
Same issue, tried deleting and redownloading the update. Specializations are still not available and the redeem email was already redeemed (says so if I try to click it again). The 2nd time I downloaded the update, it didn’t reset my loadouts though. Not sure how to avail this issue, as I wanted to do Rogue, and have no interest in wetwork or operator.
That’s terrible. I’ve been reading about the issue of only having 2 specializations available now. I’d be pissed. Luckily for me I have all my specializations still.

Reviewing my current unlocks, I’ve only used 14SP. I have 1 remaining SP which would bring my total to 15 SP. Now, when I go to my Halo 4 Statistics, it tells me I’ve earned a total of 16 SP. Alright, but I’m level 17. Which would account for the 2 SP that I’m currently missing.

This is not meant to be a rage-fest or a trollfest.
I have no issue with the game of Halo4, and I actually have been enjoying the game greatly these past weeks. I just want this matter resolved, as in, I want what I paid for (especially since I had it initially, before this update).
