I was right where you are, you’ve fine combed the map several times, collecting everything… or so you thought.
I got tired of not finding them and decided to backtrack the entire map, going from location to location, regardless of where a guide tells you where they are and what they are.

BECAUSE THE LOCATIONS ARE THE SAME, BUT NOT THE NUMBERS.

This right here is the important realization I made. All locations for where you can find UNSC, Banished, Spartan audio logs are fixed.
HOWEVER the numbers for Spartan audio logs are not fixed.
I looked up a bunch of guides telling me to go to specific locations for an audio file, oddly enough, they all seemed to point to the same location.
So naturally I would travel to those locations, reloading my game, trying different things without being able to collect something I already had. I grew tired of not finding anything so I ignored what the numbers on the guides said and just went through every single location and surprise surprise,
I FOUND THE MISSING AUDIO LOGS.

So if you’re stuck like me with seemingly every audio log collected, just go through every single location. Find a YouTube video showcasing the locations, (I used videos by a channel called WoW Quests) and quickly found my missing audio files.

This is only the case for the spartan logs.

UNSC and Banished logs are in the same place/order for everyone

Oh that’s curious, that would make sense why I found everything else

I think the reason they did this was because, although the UNSC and Banished logs are individual bits of story, the spartan logs collectively tell a small story on its own. It wouldn’t make sense to unlock the final piece of the story right away.
