Like seriously the dysync is one of the major issue’s killing the game and you decide to not fix it first
Like ffs I’m convinced the higher ups are trying to kill infinite at this point

I say this quite often. If they were to just fix the desync, the game would have a much bigger player base and they would be making the profit that they are so often out for. They would be able to then make the game to its intentions and the development of the game would be smooth. The lack of player base is because of the nonsense with desync.
For real like i have said this for a while that the dysync combined with the lack of content WILL make players quit until it gets fixed hell i quit playing infinite BECAUSE of the dysync
Absolutely, everytime lol. Countless good games suddenly turn south and i want nothing to do with it anymore, i quit and it bums me out.
It’s pretty amusing the way they handle things.
Priority #1 should be fixing desync and anything else that affects gameplay negatively.
Well, maybe priority #1 should be releasing a finished fully featured game haha
If you can’t release a finished polished game, maybe put a pause on the shop until things like desync are fixed.
Thankfully, 343i doesn’t seem to care and are going full steam ahead with monetization and are adding it to the MCC (most likely)
Did you know playing LAN you have to be connected to the servers… This game is 100% online… I dont get it… thats why we dont have assassinations or player collision… because its 100% server based input on that object in the environment relaying back to server to xbox over and over… compared 20 years of Halo being that object being part of the environment and server is just a connection what was 343 thinking?
It lets you know precisely how little they got done ahead of launch day. Halo Infinite gives a new meaning to the phrase “living on a prayer.”
OHHHHHHH We’re halfway therrrrreee!
Yeah, I wish
I dont really care any more, the game is dead to me. It was built on a bad game engine that cant be fixed and all thoose devs quiting isnt helping the game.
Im finished with Halo Inifite the sooner people come to this the bigger chance we get a good Halo game in the future from another company, like Certain Affinity.
Halo I is dead.
What could reboot the game is fixing desync and add like the 10 best Halo maps of all time. But I dont see this happening in the near future.
Halo infinite was an experiment.
Why use an untested engine on your crown title…I have no clue but here we are.
100% online experience, failed miserably.
They’re just taking away resources to get coop up and running to make good on their promise, cause if they miss THAT, then whole lot will be found incompetent to manage the timelines of the game.
So you’ll either see a massive overhaul of infinite in 3-4 years, of they’ll just move on to another title they have in development.
It is already known that the Devs who would work on the Desync are currently working on other projects and need to finish them first. It was from a answer on Reddit or something. The Desync will stay for longer.
lol, “trying”, I’d say theyve been succeeding for months
Have to agree with you
Or, for some reason whatever that may be, they are testing to see what they can get away with.
“Bungie did it, so why can’t I”.
If everyone who feels this way about desync stops playing the game and state in forums or elsewhere the reasons they stop paying, 343 will get the message. Will this cause them to fix it? Doubtful, but they will know.
Reason 343 keep ignoring this issue is because they can with the knowledge that the core player base will continue to play regardless.
As someone who was considered part of the core playerbase i dropped infinite due to all this issues but mainly the dysync
Same. Haven’t booted up the game since season 2 launched and it seems (slowly) some core players are doing likewise.
I agree desync is a major issue that needs addressing.
Using resources on existing content is a good time management move in Infinites case because there are a lot of players looking for a PvE experience, campaign is already there no need to build content from scratch.
As long as you can play as your custom spartan, those players might utilize the shop too. But if everyone is the chief the shop will be irrelevant.
So IF a lot of players keep playing co-op campaign then its more likely 343 will invest in more PvE content.
I think a better idea is if everyone just stopped playing Halo Infinite in general… PERIOD! That would be a wake up call for 343I and there boss, Microsoft.
I remember losing a match because my 4th shot didn’t register on a guy and they got the ball and won. Frustrated me so much,
