The issue is not with the game itself, it’s with the emulator that the game runs inside on the Xbox One. That falls under the domain of the Xbox Live / Backwards Compatibility team, not 343. They did release and update in January I believe and will continue to push updates out as more games are added on to the list
The game plays well for me on x1, just restart the game and it might get better, besides the performance has been greatly enhanced since the release no need to get mad.
