Are you getting rewarded for FFWZ wins?

I have played plenty of games with friends and we can win matches and seemingly about 60%+ of the time we get nothing.

Anyone else?
I’m seeing people here say the rewards are good.

It’s Firefight commendations. When you max them out you stop getting rewards.
