You know how whenever you edit a post you see a “Reason for edit” line down below?
Is that because you’re not supposed to do it often?
What is this? Must we be INFALLIBLE?!
343, people make mistakes, broskis!

Anyways, does it have a meaning? I don’t want to be lagging up the forums or something.
You don’t have to put a reason, but you can if you want. It’s really not that big of an issue.
Ω
I don’t really know why its there. I used to answer it, but as I stayed on Waypoint longer, my grammar got worse. So I edit a lot because I can’t spell (apparently), but I never answer it. I don’t know why its there, other then decoration. Or a part of some greater scheme.

Thanks. It’s definitely a conspiracy though.
EDIT: This is an edit. For editing purposes.
I’ve put stupid reasons in it like “Because a monkey told me to” or “I was hungry” in it.
Just out of sheer boredom.
And no, you don’t have to!
I like to give reasons when necessary. You never are obliged to give a reason, though.

LOL, I’ve never thought of that!
Also, I think moderators should use that text box to make “notes” in if they modify peoples posts and don’t leave red. >.>

Mods already do!
I wouldn’t use it to correct grammar mistakes or add onto my post, but when it comes to situations where I first had false information then changed it to be true, I would definitely use it. Well, if I remembered that it was there anyway…
