Good my fellow Spartans and Brute Chieftons, I was wondering if maybe new maps are in the pipeline for things to come or is that wishful thinking? If not new maps what about porting Halo wars 1 maps?, I’m not a coder nor programmer so I don’t even know if this is possible but it would be nice. I only played Halo wars 1 a few times but heard the maps were legit so this is why I’m asking.

343 have probably moved on to Halo Wars 3 now, so likely no new maps/dlc for HW2 sadly
I thought Halo wars 3 was a no go? I would love for the series to continue.
I hope 343 Industries considers making an expansion similar to Awakening the Nightmare after one or two years similar to how Blizzard made their Starcraft 2 expansions (Heart of the Swarm which was 3 years after the initial release date of Wings of Liberty and Legacy of the Void which was 5 years after the initial release date for Wings of Liberty).
Obviously, this is wishful thinking but if Awakening the Nightmare was successful maybe it could be a possibility for 343 Industries to consider.

As much as I’d love to see more maps, 343 has a finite amount of resources, and I doubt any of those resources will be dedicated to making new maps.
I think they may be announced on the E3 .
Maybe a new seasonpass with 2 maps every month and 2 new heroes (one for each faction) ?
The reason I hope for this is, because of the support the game still received after the last expansion.
And that’s after one of the devs said they may work on the last update ,and that was like 6 updates before.
I hope they may do this before they announce the highlight halo 6

I’m sure a new season pass would go down well…
I think a few more maps is the most we could hope for and even the chances of that is slim.
343 if you are listening please take my money

I would pay for more leaders, maps, etc…not too interested in campaign in RTS games but I think there are a lot of people who would pay for more stuff if anyone is listening!

I wish there was a way for the community to make maps. My housemates and I would love to spend a couple of weekends creating a new map for HW2.

I don’t mind a new campaign or maps but new leaders are the last thig we need. I’m too unstable to fight a OP leaders again.
