Well, at the end of the bulletin some of the communities Halo 4 question are gonna be answered and hopefully it’ll clear up a lot of the confusion going on.

We’re getting the bulletin, but it will most likely be very vague, answer unimportant questions, say something that ends with a “;)” and everyone will rage about how the “;)” means every character will be a fluffy bunny and halo is ruined forever.

Don’t expect anything new. It would probably be a lot of in depth explanations on things we’ve seen in the First Look video, but nothing really new.

Getting an explanation WOULD be new. Especially about perks.
They may just hand pick the easy questions.
