mostly likely not, but you never know.

They said a while back that they simply didn’t have the time or enough people to develop in-depth stats for Halo 3 & ODST.

If anything, after Halo 4 comes out and the main bugs are fixed with the Reach/Halo 4 stats if any, then they may begin work on Halo 3 & ODST stats.
